Important Notice - Please Read Carefully

This《End User License Agreement》(hereinafter referred to as the《Agreement》) is a legal agreement reached between you (an individual or a single entity) and hengcenet regarding the above-mentioned hengcenet software products. This software product may include related components, media, printed materials and “online” or electronic documents (hereinafter referred to as “software products”). Once you install, copy or otherwise use the “Software Product”, it means that youUnderstand the possible risks of installing software, as well asAgree to be bound by all the terms of this《Agreement》. If you do not agree to the terms of this《Agreement》, please do not install or use this “software product”. This “software product” is protected by copyright law, international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws and treaties. This “software product” is only licensed for use and not for sale.

1. Grant of the license. This “Software product” is authorized as follows:

-Installation and usage. hengcenet authorizes you to install and use a copy of this “Software Product” on your computer, provided that the computer must use an operating system with the appropriate license (such as Windows10, Windows11, etc.), and this software is specifically designed for these operating systems. 

- Make a copy. You may make a copy of the “software product” for backup or archiving purposes.

2. Other rights and limitations description.

- Retain the copyright notice. You may not delete or modify the copyright notice on all copies of the “Software Product”.

- Distribution. Except as described in Section 1, you are not allowed to distribute this “software product” to any third party.

- Restrictions on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly. You are not allowed to reverse engineer this “software product” or disassemble it.Reverse Engineer, Decompile or Disassemble. However, despite this restriction, this does not apply if the applicable law explicitly permits the above activities.

- For rent. You may not rent, lease or lend this “software product”. 

- Transfer. You may permanently transfer all your rights under this “Agreement” provided that the transferee agrees to all the terms of this “Agreement”. 

-Support services. hengcenet may provide you with support services related to this “software product” (hereinafter referred to as “Support Services”). The use of support services is subject to the policies and plans described in the user manual, “Online” documentation, or other materials provided by hengcenet. Any additional software code provided to you as part of the support service shall be regarded as part of this “Software Product” and be subject to the terms and conditions of this《Agreement》. As for the technical information you provide to hengcenet as part of the support service, hengcenet may use it for commercial purposes, including product support and developmentAnd any form of use.hengcenet does not do so when using these technical dataTerminate the agreement.

- Comply with relevant laws. You must comply with the applicable laws related to the use of this “software product”. 

3. Termination. If you fail to comply with all the terms and conditions of this《Agreement》, hengcenet may terminate this《Agreement》.，And have the right to claim rights for the losses caused by your violation of the《Agreement》。After the termination of the《Agreement》You must destroy this “Software Product” and all its copies.

4.Ownership. The ownership of this “Software Product” and any of its copies, including but not limited to copyright, is owned by hengcenet. All property rights and intellectual property rights of the content accessed through the use of this “Software Product” belong to the content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This 《Agreement》 does not grant you the right to use this content. All other rights not explicitly granted belong to hengcenet.

5.No guarantee. hengcenet explicitly disclaims any warranties for this “Software Product”. This “Software Product” and any related documentation are provided （as is） without any express or implied warranties, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. All risks arising from the use of this “Software Product” shall be borne by yourself. 

6.Liability limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither hengcenet nor its suppliers shall, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential circumstances arising from the use or inability to use this “Software Product” or from the provision or non-provision of support services. hengcenet shall be liable for non-direct or direct losses (including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information or any other financial loss), even if hengcenet has been informed of the possibility of such damage in advance. Under no circumstances shall hengcenet's overall liability under any provision of this 《Agreement》 be subject to the actual amount you have paid for this “Software Product”. However, the condition is that if you have entered into a hengcenet support service agreement, all the responsibilities that hengcenet assumes for the support services shall be governed by the terms of such agreement. Given that certain countries and jurisdictions do not allow liability exclusion or liability limitations, the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Registered users will select the corresponding SMS subscription through the form, and the messages will be sent via mobile text messages
